There are circumstances that are out of our control (natural disasters, holidays, weather, etc.) that may cause shipping postponements. While most packages arrive on time, there may be delays that our carriers experience. For this reason, we do not guarantee the exact delivery time; delivery issues are the responsibility of the shipping company.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

You may cancel your order with no penalty within 24 hours of placing it.
If the item has already shipped, cancellation is not possible.
