No Refunds Policy
All sales are final.
We do not offer refunds or returns for change of mind, size, style, or personal preference.
Damaged or Defective Items
Please inspect your order upon receipt.
If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, you must contact us within 30 days of receiving the item.
In such cases, we will:

Review the issue, and

Process a full refund or replacement at no additional cost once the issue is confirmed.

Return Requests
Returns are not accepted unless the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges.
If you wish to purchase a different item, please place a new order.
European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it.
Conditions:

Item must be unused, unworn, with tags, and in original packaging

Proof of purchase is required
Note: This right does not apply to defective items, which are covered under our Damaged or Defective Items policy.
Refund Processing (Defective Items Only)
Once the returned item is received and inspected:

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method

Refunds are processed within 10 business days
